MY STORY
Bob Jordan grew up in Ohio. He's often asked if he had a normal childhood to which he answer's,
"Well if fishing, riding bikes, roller skating, eating penny candy, playing in the woods, building a treehouse, flying kites, drinking water out of a hose, eating fried bologna sandwiches, playing sandlot baseball, kick-the-can, hide and seek, dodgeball, collecting rocks, taking long walks and falling in love with the girl who lived at the corner of my street, are considered normal, then yes I crushed it!"
He attended a catholic grade school for eight years where he was taught by sister of charity nuns.

Bob's recalls his childhood friends as having much to do with his decision to become a writer of books. "I shared the playground with some strange, quirky kids. As I grew older I was never able to leave them behind.
Their faces, stories, and laughter hitched a ride into my adult life and have been with me ever since. I had to write about them, they left me no choice!" Bob sums things up this way, "I never grew up, I just got taller."He writes under the names of Robert Jordan, Bob Jordan and Clanci.
